Have you got a request for an improvement or spotted a hazard for cyclists that the authorities should do something about? It’s important to report it as soon as possible, so please contact Auckland Transport or NZTA and ask them to let you know when it’s fixed.
Examples of things you should report:
- Unsafe pinch points, objects or street furniture in the way of cyclists
- Cycle lane / road markings or signs that are damaged or worn off
- Lack of cycle facilities at crucial locations
- Broken streetlights or other infrastructure
